With his 26+ year experience in real estate and property management, Olatunji is a visionary and is quick to provide solutions to make things happen. He enjoys being challenged to improve his strategic planning, real estate, and brokerage skills so he can achieve maximum efficiency with every project he tackles for his clients. Board Ups
When boarding is appropriate, all first floor windows and doors and all basement windows and doors should have plywood covering the entire opening and frame. Windows will then be boarded per HUD specifications.
Cash for Keys
Once a Cash for Keys settlement is in place we will arrange a date and time for the meeting, we will advance and distribute the funds, exchange funds for keys, relocation and secure the property by changing all exterior locks.
Cleaning
We transform the interior of the property into move-in-ready condition with our thorough interior cleaning. In addition, all appliances are emptied and cleaned.
