Homeland Property Preservation and Inspection (Homeland PPI), is a Real Estate Asset Management, Property Management and Preservation company that provides construction and rehabilitation services for assets in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura, Bakersfield, Santa Barbara, Kern, and San Diego County. In addition, we also provide out of state operations.

WHAT WE DO

Board Ups

When boarding is appropriate, all first floor windows and doors and all basement windows and doors should have plywood covering the entire opening and frame. Windows will then be boarded per HUD specifications.

Cash for Keys

Once a Cash for Keys settlement is in place we will arrange a date and time for the meeting, we will advance and distribute the funds, exchange funds for keys, relocation and secure the property by changing all exterior locks.

Cleaning

We transform the interior of the property into move-in-ready condition with our thorough interior cleaning. In addition, all appliances are emptied and cleaned.

Court Representation

Debris/Trash Removal

Removal of all debris from the interior and exterior of the property, hazardous material, any outside items that detract from curb appeal.

Evictions

Our team will meet with local law enforcement, rekey the property, and manage personal belongings in accordance with state laws.

Inspections

Our team will provide clients with before, during, and after photos and a full inspection report. A few of the inspections that our team provides are electrical, roofing, and plumbing.

Personal Property Handling

Our team is experienced in handling the disposition of personal property in accordance with client specification and with state and local requirements.

Repairs

Our licensed contractors and field representatives will ensure the property is to code and meets all state and law requirements.

Securing

Yard Care Curb Appeal

We provide yard care services that give each home back its curb appeal and to attract potential buyers.
