If a property is found vacant, our team will secure the property to include changing locks on exterior doors, installing a lock box (coded per client requirements), boarding windows or doors as needed, securing entrance gates to property, posting emergency contact notices, securing exposed above ground/in-ground pools if applicable, and providing photo documentation of completed work.
